With Vietnam Visa On Arrival, before having your visa stamped at 1 of 5 Vietnam international airports, you will receive a visa approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. If you apply through Embassies, you will have your visa stamped already on passport and sent back to you.
Applying Vietnam Visa Online with Vietnam Visa On Arrival method

Basically, there are 2 steps involved in the application procedure:
- Completing online application form with required information including contact name, arrival airport, visiting time, number of people, etc. Please double check to ensure the information provided is correct because the service provider will not be responsible to any unwanted incidents resulting from incorrect information from applicants.
- Make payment with Credit/ Debit Card details. Then, receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes.
Normally, you will receive you Visa Approval Letter in 2 business days, but in urgent cases, it will only take 1 working day or even 2 working hours to receive such paper. Next step will be prepare your passport, 02 photos (passport size), and print the completed application form to the airport you plan to arrive. Remember to bring stamping fee as well.
