  1. Sightsee Truc Lam Monastery

Located at about 1300 m above sea level outside the resort town of Dalat, Truc Lam Monastery is a Zen Buddhist temple so tourists have to go by cable car to reach this place. This is also a great opportunity for you to have an overlook at the city of thousands of flowers from above and see the fantastic scenery of Dalat, from the sea, rivers, to hills full of pine trees, and terraced fields.

This beautiful architectural ensemble covers an area of 24 hectares. Coming here, tourists can not only enjoy the peaceful atmosphere but also be amazed by the wonderful flower garden in the Monastery with a variety of rare flowers such as the cotton rosemallow, and Ceiba.

The waterfall is covered by a virgin forest with a diversified floristic composition, from ancient trees to wild animals. Stretching over 100 meters, through the 7-floor stone platform system, tourists will be easily attracted by the impressive beauty of this eco-tourism area.

Apart from enjoying the wonderful sight, in spring, there are some festivals which are hold at this waterfall in these recent years for you to take part in such as rice cooking contest, Gong performance, folklore game, and Buffalo – stabbing.

Dalat Night Market or Am Phu Night Market is one of the must-see places if you have a chance to travel to Dalat.
